Monday, July 3, 2023 - Blind Tasting at Mi Casa: Dark, brooding wine. Dark chocolates, blackberries, some earthy driven notes in the mix. Probably a more classic BDX style as opposed to some others that have gone a bit more modern in style, which I also love. St. Emilion along with Pomerol and Margaux are probably my favorite regions. I have not had many great Paulliac wines, but my experience is much more limited here. Very Very young and would like to try this in 5-10 years.
