Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Provided pro bono, very graciously and generously by the fine folks at Merry Edwards for my patience while tangling with some distribution laws in Idaho... On opening a very loud POP! and then a spongy head which dissipates quite quickly in the glass. There is lusciousness in the nose with buttery brioche, floral, dominated overall by yeasty tones. Bubbles are fairly vigorous but not sharp, and there is green apple acid on the finish. A very interesting and unexpected bottle.
