After 2 hours in decanter:
Ruby colour with hints of red brick. VA is gone. It is a nice wine with some acidity left which keeps it fresh. Tannins still verly much present, but pleasant. It is not a remarkable wine. I do not taste much of smokiness, cigar box etc. It seems to be still fruit driven. Pretty long finish.
After 6 hours in decanter:
Very smooth and easy. Hint of prune. Tannins are still there, but are nicely integrated.
