Thursday, July 8, 2021 - Nose gives out some wood notes. The palate shows an excellent acidity, that balances the lemon and green apple flavors and the green pepper notes that come out at the end. Vanilla and oak in general are felt towards the ending in a nice, not overpowering way. Very good.
