Thursday, March 9, 2017 - Zachys La Paulee "Warm-up" Dinner (Lafayette - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. Rich and unctuous with some candied apple and a hint of overall sweetness. Good+ nose, VG+ palate. More youthful than I expected.
