Sometimes it seemed dull while other times it seemed racy and complex. Now at the end this is excellent. I think evaporation has concentrated this just a bit and I find a nice caramel sweetness along with some fig and salty nuts and spices. Just a bit left so I’ll try to take a full note as I finish it.
