Friday, April 17, 2020 - Quarantine; 3/12/2020-5/29/2020 (Chicago, IL): There's definitely a bit of a low-sulphur sense on the nose here, but there's a really lovely hit of minerality right off the bat. You get a little bit of creaminess and some citrus curd on the palate, with racy acidity that isn't sharp. Mineral, crisp, clean, and easy to drink.
