Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - PnP, then drunk over dinner.
Easy and highly enjoyable to drink, but not simple.
A little leftover was drunk the day after and showed notes of pear, both on the nose as well as on the palate, which also had a liqueur-like quality, in a positive sense, and probably due to the vintage.
