  Drank with family as part of my son's birthday celebration. Wasn't able to take detailed notes, but this wine evaporated from everyone's glasses faster than they could believe.
  Absolutely delicious with an incredible balance between intensity and lightness. Orchard fruits on layers on minerality and great verve.

  Final bottle from a three-bottle lot from the Dutch importer in 2020. Electric acidity (really remarkable for a 2018) buffers the sweetness, complex and perfectly typical flavours of citrus and green apple skin, peaches and cream, cassis leaf and strawberry, light on its feet but with huge energy, playful and minerally, impeccable precision, complete finish has outstanding persistence. Great Kabinett.

  First day the nose has quite some petroleum, third day the nose is all honey, the petroleum is going quite yellow, date I say kerosene.
  
  First day the palate is lively, handeled a pannang curry really well. A bit qliche but the heat and sweetness of the dish was intesified greatly by the wine, felt risky but landed well. Intens balance of sweetness and acidity. Third day more mellow, honey melon, yellow apple, apple jam.

  PnP, then drunk over dinner.
  Easy and highly enjoyable to drink, but not simple.
  A little leftover was drunk the day after and showed notes of pear, both on the nose as well as on the palate, which also had a liqueur-like quality, in a positive sense, and probably due to the vintage.
