Electric acidity (really remarkable for a 2018) buffers the sweetness, complex and perfectly typical flavours of citrus and green apple skin, peaches and cream, cassis leaf and strawberry, light on its feet but with huge energy, playful and minerally, impeccable precision, complete finish has outstanding persistence. Great Kabinett.
