Saturday, July 15, 2023 - A Trottertastic Saturday (Les 2 Garçons): Really enjoyed this rather sexy wine. Deep, layered, stereoscopic nose that was entirely consistent with the fact this wine is made from a blend of grapes (Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla) that were harvested slightly late. Rounded and creamy on the concentrated, impactful palate, yet with plenty of sharp, grassy lift and a reasonable ABV (13.5%) and so absolutely drinkable with it. Well done.
