Tuesday, August 9, 2022 - One of my favourite Canadian producers, Lock & Worth, regrettably stopped making this beautiful Cabernet Franc. A lovely balanced wine with aromas of cranberry, raspberry and blackberry, baked red pepper, slight baking spice and smoke note, and a touch of forest floor. Ripe and rich, with fresh acidity, ripe and sleek tannins. Slight cherry-stone bitterness in a fresh and gently sour finish. I want more.
