Wednesday, November 4, 2020 - Palate presence of a powerdrill, like many GGs, but there is fruit plump enough to make it a balanced drink even if not terribly expressive through that. Easier to get a read on a few days later once the spritz and ripping acids have calmed down a bit. Fruit is pale with flavors of lemon and lime rind, again it feels fleshy at least by the standards of a young trocken but still quite taut.
