minerality, lemon tarte, very fresh, some Kiwi, good structure and acidty, shows very little signs of ripeness, but could be in a difficult stage right now

Palate presence of a powerdrill, like many GGs, but there is fruit plump enough to make it a balanced drink even if not terribly expressive through that. Easier to get a read on a few days later once the spritz and ripping acids have calmed down a bit. Fruit is pale with flavors of lemon and lime rind, again it feels fleshy at least by the standards of a young trocken but still quite taut.

Grosse Gewächse Presentation (Conservatorium Hotel, Amsterdam, NL): Retailer tasting, brief note. Complete, ripe fruit, supple and juicy, with the generosity of the southern Pfalz, expressive, good length. Impressive.
