Does not like this wine:

Thursday, February 10, 2022 - Edit - I think what I describe as "biscuit" is what others call "mouse" aka Brett. For some Brett is not a flaw. My view is the Brett level in this wine is a flaw.

I have tried and tried to enjoy this wine, unsuccessfully. Initially I thought the wine was flawed, but I write this note following my 3rd or 4th bottle and all of them (2018 vintage) have the same slight fizz (technical term “pettiance”) and overpowering yeast / biscuit flavours after about 1 hour of being open. Best drunk quickly, without decanting, I would say within 20 mins between 6 people you’d avoid the biscuit. Disappointed and I am not willing to accept that for 40GBP it’s a “natural wine” and therefore that I should accept this flavour. Funk off. 7/10 for first 20 mins. 4/10 thereafter.
