Sunday, November 15, 2020 - This is great value and makes for an accompaniment with food. Dark red in colour that belies the gentle extraction during elevage. The winemaking doesn't bring out the tannic structure of Cab Franc too much, focusing on freshness and purity of fruit instead. Lovely red berries on both the nose and the palate and good acidity that makes for a very gulpable wine.
