Friday, January 20, 2023 - Two and a half hour decant. Very deep dark slightly hazy magenta color. Boysenberry, plum, blackberry, violet, baker’s chocolate, salted caramel, and subtle fennel. Very velvety, dry palate, with nice, silty acidity. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

Very nicely integrated. Way too easy drinking. Could use perhaps a touch more complexity, but it’s great nonetheless.
