Saturday, December 26, 2020 - With leftover holiday dinner. Pale yellow in color. Lemon zest and apple on the nose. In the mouth, sweet white peaches, citrus, a nuance of slate and a touch of salt. Nice acidity sweetness balance. Likely to become even more complex over the next decade, but too delicious a food wine to currently resist.
