Friday, March 29, 2019 - An evening with wine geeks (Ristorante da Salvo, Stuttgart): Glass: WMF white wine
Beautiful experience to taste the two Spätlesen side by side. Perfect bottle: Lable, fill level, cork! Color is amazingly youthful. Maybe like a 8-10 year old Riesling. Incredibly. Nose with some smokiness and peat. Interestingly way better than my first bottle. Balanced, lively and still kicking. Could stand its younger brother in any way. This bottle has even a future of further development of at least 5+ years. 89-90
