Palate still has lovely spritzy acid, the same honey and apple fruit, light weight, but also a persistent purity throughout its medium/long finish. It’s not absolutely dry, but any sugar just fills it out nicely without getting near to off-dry. Hugely drinkable, probably better in its youth, I suspect.
