Friday, April 23, 2021 - Pale golden colour, smells of quince, freshly cut grass and lovage with a little bit of wet stone/minerality in the background, medium body, dry, but not in a tart way, has a nice creaminess, medium acidity, in the mouth quince and lovage, in the aftertaste quince and acidity, good length (15 sec), really good Riesling.
