Sunday, February 20, 2022 - I like it when a wine lives up to the (considerable) hype, and this very much does that.

All I will add is take the winemaker's advice and open this 24 hours before you want to drink it (pop and then put the cork back in). This is apparently what they do at the winery for tastings and seemed to work pretty well; a long decant likely would also.
