Monday, February 15, 2021 - Decanted but of course poured a glass right away and swirled a bit. Coming on the heels of a '16 Castello Monsanto CCR, was a little tight and initially not showing quite as well. After 3 hours of slow ox, poured back into the bottle and set it aside for a couple days. Now it's strutting it's stuff. Nice on the nose, but now the mid palate is really evident and the finish loooong. Highly enjoyable.
