Wednesday, October 2, 2019 - Two bottles of the 2005 was enjoyed at a dinner party so no detailed notes were taken. From memory, the wine has a fresh medium-to-dark ruby red color in the glass. It was smooth, well-rounded and beautifully balanced. There were no signs of age. Absolutely an excellent Burgundy Premier Cru, from an outstanding vintage, that's in prime condition and can go on for quite a few years to come.
