Sunday, September 20, 2020 - I have had the previous vintage a few times and thought it was good but a little bit overpriced. When I got an email from a local bistro offering it for $25 I had to give it a try:
N: Quite muted but nice. Sweet red fruits (raspberry) cinnamon.
P: More red fruits, sour cherry, tea leaf. Although this is mostly Mourvedre, I can sense the Grenache and it adds a nice balance.
F: Moderately long finish with good acid and fine tannins.
Seemed to open up with more time. Not sure i would buy again.
