Monday, March 22, 2021 - Pop and pour. On the first day cherry, cassis. Classic green CS notes. Tannins not prominent. After storing in the fridge for 2-3 days the greenish notes were gone, so this might improve a bit with more time in the bottle. Still good to drink now. Nothing exciting about the wine, a bit boring. Very Good (88).
