Friday, February 27, 2015 - Friday Night Double Blind Tasting $40+ (Bin 75): Medium minus bubbles, more golden in color; very lemon on the nose with curd, vanilla, pastry, a hint of marzipan; richer on the palate, graphite, vanilla, sweet pastry, larger scaled but not as focused as I like; still tasty.
