Saturday, April 20, 2024 - Bright, deep ruby in colour. The nose is intense and perfumed, with suggestions of dark raspberries, plums, griotte cherries and parma violets. Full and slightly creamy, the silky mouthfeel brings flavours of smoke, roast espresso and blackberry, with a frame of vanillin oak. Floral, vivid and aromatic. With roast lamb rump, sweetbreads, morels and salsa verde. 93+
