Friday, July 16, 2021 - Double decanted over three hours...Strawberry-rhubarb pie, rosemary, thyme, baked rock, dried elderberry, pomegranate and pain grille. The middle palate is round and viscous, with an angelic quality; there’s great weight and lithe aspects. This flows and the feathery tannins give way. Unique and addicting. What a treat and worth the attention. Bravo/brava to Nikolas and Julia for such an amazing inaugural release. You can’t help but to experience the required depth. I receive a fair amount of stem inclusion. Drink 2023 - 2035.
