Sunday, January 29, 2023 - Vivid wild strawberry, cherry and red berry on the nose, with a pleasantly peppery layer of dried herbs, Asian spice, hedgerow, minerals and the merest hint of vanilla. Lovely silky palate, rich with detail but refined and lacy. Freshness evident, but kept nicely in check. Perfectly integrated tannins and a tongue-coating spicy finish. Balances ripeness with elegance excellently. Very good indeed.
