Saturday, May 28, 2022 - Pale gold in the glass. Nose of pear, lemon, biscuit. Taste of lemon with full, rich pineapple, banana and honey. Has a zesty burr at the end. Nice. Went well with chicken thighs, anchovy, rosemary and potatoes.
