Monday, January 31, 2022 - PnP, chilled, but better after 10 to 15 minutes of air. Solid lemon notes and minerality on the nose. These follow on to the medium bodied palate and are joined by very bright acidity. Better with food, but quite stark on its own. Should hold for several years.
