Thursday, February 1, 2024 - Dinner at Langbaan (Langbaan, Portland OR): The nose is succulent and balanced with richer tones of peaches, nectarines, apricots, yellow flowers, red apples, honeydew, some petrol notes, and mineral tones. The Light bodied feel is deft and balanced with tart, high acidity. The acidity has some nice cut and mouthwatering qualities while there is also good texture to the feel. This could well use more time to fully round into form as it shows off good complexity but it doesn't feel like it's in full harmony just yet.
