Monday, October 24, 2022 - First time checking in on the 2017. Plenty to enjoy at this stage, but very much showing that whole cluster profile. Amaro, jolly rancher, anise, with a touch of red berries and plums poking through. As others have noted, the palate is quite a bit sappier and more forward than the delicate color would suggest, with punchy acidity. Quite crisp and floral on the finish.
