Friday, December 28, 2007 - When I drank this, I thought its profile was much more suited to a Viognier than a SB. I looked up the wine on the Pearmund site and discovered that it is 15% Viognier. The wine is a deep straw color in the glass. Tropical flavors, decent acidity, but not the zing that makes SB shine. Overall, this one is unusual and totally drinkable, but not distinctive. Salud!
