Tuesday, May 17, 2022 - Savory nose with ripe dark fruit, olives, black cherries, and a hint of blood orange. Good acidity and very well balanced on the palate with more dark fruit notes, bacon, game, and violets. Long finish. This will be an amazing Jamet. It's somewhat approachable now, but really the wine is all about future promise right now. Wait at least 5-10 years. 95-96+
