Sunday, March 3, 2024 - We bought this wine in 2022 at a visit to Domaine Tempier so it was hard to open - wanted to hold onto the treasure lol!
Amazing wine - decanted for several hours but stole a sip immediately upon opening as well.
Incredible acidity, minerality and silky tannins.
So many layered notes over the course of the evening.
