90 Points

Friday, June 17, 2022 - Had for the first time sitting at a brilliant restaurant, eating al fresco with view of the Tuscan hills. Naturally, it tasted glorious.

Now, having it at home, the luster is not quite the same, but it is still delicious: Light bodied, notes of dark cherry, balsamic vinegar, tomato leaf. Really comes into its own in the presence of Pecorino Toscano.
