Likes this wine:

Tuesday, September 29, 2020 - Gassy and reductive. Needs to open up. Aromas of lime and lemon juice, white peach, green apple, white flowers and herbs. A touch of sea breeze and struck flint remain even after the stronger reductive elements blow off. Very light, zippy and fresh. Lots of cut and verve, finishing with strong citrus and a chalky mineral character. Nice stuff. Hardly notice the rs, this is very close to dry.
