Tuesday, June 2, 2020 - Pale straw. Decanted and consumed over an evening. The aromas are reticent and never really open up. Some sea breeze and citrus, but you really have to work for it. The palate is linear and firm, with impressive depth of extract while still remaining light on its feet. There is a strong core of acidity that gives this quite an edge. The wine feels embryonic to me and needs cellar time. No sign of the oxidation concerns that the '14 showed.
