Wednesday, September 16, 2020 - This was slightly muted on the nose with some lemon, saline notes, and a hint of orchard fruit. Much more going on on the palate with nice acidity, lemon, minerals, salt, a hint of green apples, and hay. Nice, long finish. A very good wine, but I think this needs quite a bit of time and I hope the nose gains depth. 92+
