Friday, December 11, 2020 - Really interesting and delicious wine. Not familiar with this varietal previously, but it’s Rhys so I jumped in. This is gorgeous. Someone else described it as the best of a Riesling and a flinty Chablis. Totally agree. A touch of gun metal flint, a bit of petrol, and the big white flowers my wife said reminded her of Gardinias. Great acids. Lemon curd. Paired well with Sushi of all things. Great stuff.
