Monday, November 15, 2021 - Not sure what is different about this bottle vs the 1st one, but I enjoyed this much more than the 1st. Aromas of lemon, flowers, minerals, salinity, herbs and slightly grassy. Flavors of lemon, minerals, salinity and herbs. Good acids. A really nicely balanced finish. Enjoyed a lot.
