Saturday, July 3, 2021 - Brought to brunch to work across the meal and it did a nice job from egg dishes through to duck hash. It's one of those 'interesting' champagnes. Evolves quite a bit in the glass. Tastes almost slightly oxidized to start. Still young and lots of vibrancy here. I like it although it's definitely for the more contemplative mood.
