90 Points

Thursday, October 12, 2023 - Tasted from a half bottle, this is drinking well. A little brett on the nose, but mainly pepper and cherries, before a crisp, restrained mouthful of red cherries and redcurrants, with a slightly peppery finish. Not a great wine, but a good example of what others could have done in 2018 with a little more care and restraint. There is no trace of heat, no overripe fruit - I would never have guessed it was a 2018. My only Breton 2018, I shall definitely look for more.
