Monday, August 14, 2023 - Still a work in progress but showing promise. I agree that it's angular - like other 05s, it tastes like a modern-day 86. Mostly blackberry notes, with lingering tannins and a little bite on the finish. Decanting helped and it was better the next day, so time will soften the edges further, but 05 is what it is.
