Thursday, October 8, 2020 - A little shy on the nose. But good, clean Riesling character. Green pear, honeysuckle, white flowers, chalky minerals.
Drinks dry and clean, not too acidic which is nice. Beautiful round weight.
Paired lovely with Indian stew.
