Thursday, November 28, 2019 - Piedmont II - better and learnings; 11/23/2019-11/29/2019 (Barolo, Alba, others): Very easy and fruity and spicy and yet there's a hint more structure than the standard dolcetto. This is a wine that spends 6 months in old slovenian big oak barrels. Very fresh and easy and yet has character. Nice.
