Friday, October 22, 2021 - Wonder clarity on the nose. Lemon, camomile, hint of citronella, sea breeze.

Laser focused palate. Lemon, white flowers, some flint, rocks/chalk, strong saline note. Strong acidity. Complex and delicious.

Paired well roasted oysters and capers.
