Saturday, March 16, 2024 - This bottle needs quite a long decant. Would suggest min 2 hours, but felt it was better at the 3 hour mark. A lot of dark fruit on the nose, quite savoury on the palette with the fruit becoming more prominent over time. Cedar, some anise, got some green pepper as well
